I’m a former food writer who has always been equally hungry for fiction, history, science, psychology, poetry, travel (armchair or otherwise), and anything fascinating.

I have two gothic historical novels available now in paperback, audiobook, and e-book formats: THE LIGHT ON FARALLON ISLAND (which was a 2024 Oregon Book Award finalist), and A CURE FOR SORROW. I hope to have more to share soon!
